The outer ring measures 36 inches in diameter while the fire bowl itself is 31 inches in diameter and 11 inches deep, so logs sit low and the flames stay framed. The overall height of the patio fire pit is 24 inches with the spark screen on and 16 inches without, and at 29 pounds, one person can carry it across the yard by the outer ring.
STEEL CONSTRUCTION: The outside fire pit with decorative crossweave cutouts is made from 24-gauge (0.6 mm) steel, finished in bronze high-temperature paint that resists heat and weather. Because the bowl has no drainage holes, empty any rainwater and slip on the included cover after each use to keep water off the metal. The outer ring allows this portable fire pit to be moved anywhere.
IMPROVED AIRFLOW AND SAFETY: The round fire pit’s mesh-covered 360-degree crossweave cutouts and built-in log grate pull in air from below, so fires light fast and burn hotter with less smoke. The included spark screen contains flying embers, and the fire poker doubles as a tool for lifting the hot screen. A weather-resistant cover is included to shield the heavy-duty fire pit between uses. The outer ring also ensures that everyone remains a safe distance from the flames.
EASY SETUP AND CARE: The large fire pit assembles in four quick steps: attach the legs, assemble and attach the outer rim, place the pre-fitted spark screen on top, and the fire pit is ready to use. Place the backyard fire pit on stone, brick, gravel, or a fire-safe pad to shield decks, patios, and porches from heat. To prolong the life of the metal fire pit and keep it looking new season after season, cover it when not in use and store it in a dry, covered location.
